Satisfaction Guarantee ~*

I have designing and making pageant wear for 9 years now and my clients always come first!!! You can rest assured that I will do anything and everything that I can to make sure that you are 100% happy with your garment!!! I will alter, adjust, or remake anything that you think is not just right =) I am here until you are COMPLETELY satisfied with your garment.

Method of payment ~*

Paypal is the preferred method of payment (there is a 3% fee).

I do except other methods of payments (i.e. money orders and cashier checks) Personal checks are not accepted unless prior arrangments have been made.

Scheduling ~*

I can have most items out in only 4 weeks!!! You will be given an exact date when I receive your deposit. When ordering your garment please allow time for any adjustments that may need to be made once you receive the final product.

Rush Orders ~*

I do offer rush orders =) I can have dresses out in as little as one week if my schedule allows for it!!! There is a rush fee, this will be set after all things are taken into consideration. This fee will not include the shipping. I can provide you with references on national level orders that have been completed in as little as one week’s time (and won overall fashion!!!).

Ordering and Deposits ~*

My dresses are national level glitz. They are stunningly detailed. We do also offer what is called "mega glitz" though for those stone lovers!!! If you are interested just let me know and I can give you the details.

Required dress deposits are $200 and payment arrangements can be made for the remaining balance. Please be aware that I am flexible on the payment arrangements but that once set, they MUST be kept or your delivery date will be pushed back. On any outfit under $500 the deposit required is half. Deposits are non-refundable!!! If you choose to cancel your order you will forfeit any monies sent.

When your deposit is received you will be given a shipping date. I will always do my best to make sure that these dates are kept. This is my highest priority...... to stay on schedule!!! And when I say you will have it you can be assured it is on its way =)

***Very Important*** Once we have agreed on a date I will need your pix and all the info on your order. I will need you to specify in ***ONE*** e-mail everything that may pertain (i.e. color, style, and cut). This informtion will be printed out and put in her file so be sure to include everything you are wanting!!!

You may be allowed to make changes such as the style and color of your garment. BUT only if no supplies have been purchased and if work has not yet begun on it. Please understand that it will be left up to my discretion rather or not a change will be allowed. Once you order a particular garment and have been given a spot in the book you will not be allowed to change the type of garment ordered (i.e. change a dress to a CW).

I am very good with color... but I can only guarantee a color if you send me something that I can physically match. Please be aware that when you send me a color via e-mail the color that you are seeing could differ substantially from what I see. I do custom paint all of my fabric and trims.

I send my dress shells for a fitting and color check to make sure they are perfect!!! Please be aware that if you do not get it back to me in a timely manner that your finish date will be pushed back. When you receive your shell I do require to see pics of it on her so that I can make sure that it fits well. Please understand that the fit of this dress on your child is a reflection of me as well =)

Once I receive the shell back I will begin work decorating it at the scheduled time. I will send pics of the decorated bodice to you for your approval before we begin to stone. Please be aware though that once you have chosen your color and style and given me your specifics on the garment the creativity and design will be left to my discretion.

I welcome any comments and all info that you can provide to help assure that you will be getting exactly what you want!!! If you have anything specific that you want to have please just let me know =) You can even send pics of things you have come across and loved. However, please please please do not ask me to copy a garment. I will not do it!!! I also expect that you will in no way try and duplicate any of my designs.

Your final balance plus shipping is due the week before your item is scheduled to be finished. If you are not paid in full at this point it will delay completion of your garment.

You will have 7 days once your garment is received to notify me of any changes that will need to be made and to have it back in the mail.

Measurements ~*

PLEASE take time to make sure your measurements are accurate!!! This is VERY important.... I do not use patterns so your garment will be cut free hand according to the measurements you supply. If you need help or are unsure please ask!!! When you fill out the measurement chart please contact me to confirm that I have received it and please retain a copy for yourself.

Communication ~*

Please stay in touch with me!!! I have an amazing husband and three awesome and VERY active kids, my time with them very important to me!!! So please be considerate and make sure I have all your necessary info on time so that I do not have to work nights and weekends to stay on schedule. I am very strict about keeping to my schedule.... this is how I am able to get everything out on time. So please do your part =)

If for ANY reason you fail to make contact with me after placing your order for any length of time that exceeds 60 days you will forfeit any and ALL monies that have been sent towards it!!!

*~FYI~*

Please be aware that I am no longer providing shells for other designers. This is how I originally got into the business and had continued to supply shells to some of the top designers over the years. However, I have made the decision to commit 100% to my own designs and am no longer offering this service. I just wanted you to be aware of this because apparently some designers are telling their clients that they will be getting their shells from me, when in fact they are not!!! This has been a problem when someone gets a lousy dress and either thinks that is my work or is VERY disappointed when they know that it is not. I have an awesome signature skirt (hopefully you know one when you see it =) So please if someone tells you that your shell will be coming from me..... e-mail me to confirm!!!

Shipping ~*

Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. My standard of shipping is priority with a signature confirmation through the US postal system. If your garment requires a faster service of shipping your choices are Express through US postal (2 days) or overnight through Fedex.
